An independent study by KPMG International ranked the cost of doing business in Lewiston-Auburn nearly two percentage points below the U.S. benchmark. The Twin Cities are centrally located and offer access to nearly 50 percent of Maine’s population Lewiston Auburn Labor Force Map within a 30-mile radius. On top of that, Lewiston was recently ranked by the AARP as one of the 10 Great Small Cities for Retirement in 2011.
